- Install, configure, test and commissioning of network devices (Switch, Router, Wireless Controller, Access Point) and software.
- Planning, coordinating, and supervising vendor for the related network infrastructure readiness.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network related problems.
- Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
- Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols (eg low level design, diagram, etc).
- ITIL familiarization is desired (Incident/Problem/Change/Configuration Management)
- Write reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes and propositions for further network performance enhancement.
- Provide project status update to Project Manager and Solution Architect.

- Proven work experience as a network engineer and MUST be team player
- Under limited supervision, oversee the low level design, installation, and support of network communications and services for customers, including LAN/WAN/SD—WAN/Voice/Video services in central and remote offices (requires thorough knowledge of LAN/WAN/SD-WAN systems, networks, and applications)
- Hands on experience in networking hardware, including router, switches, wireless AP/Controller, load balancer, TACACS/Radius, monitoring tools, etc
- Familiarity with web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols
- Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified NIOSH (OGSP)
- Familiar with Oil & Gas HSE compliance (PTW, JHA, JMS) would be advantage
- Able to travel within Malaysia (if any).
